The Basketball Season is HERE!
In Winter we offer three programs, Winter Overtime for middle school players, Winter Rapid Fire for high school and First Step for younger players to accelerate their skill and build strong fundamentals of their game.
How do I get my player involved in the Winter Overtime or Rapid Fire program?
PLAYERS DO NOT NEED TO BE EVALUATED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM(S) AND CAN SIGN UP ONLINE:

Winter FIRST STEP
K-2ND BOYS & GIRLS
Welcome to First Step! This program is for all K-2nd boys and girls. First Step is designed for players who want to learn the fundamentals of basketball in a fun environment. The primary focus of First Step is FOOTWORK and TECHNIQUE. Players will also learn ball handling, shooting, and terminology used in a FUN environment.
WINTER OVERTIME
3RD-8TH BOYS & GIRLS
Winter Overtime is a two-part program, Part I spans over November and December, and Part II spans over January and February. Each Part consists of 5 Sunday sessions. Players are split into groups based on grade and skill level.
Sunday nights are all about ball handling and shooting! The program is a great way for players to keep their individual skills sharp during the winter season. Be sure to check your schedule, we do not offer any make-up sessions in the Winter training program.
WINTER RAPIDFIRE
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS & GIRLS
Starting in November, the Academy program for our high school players changes from the basketball development curriculum held in Spring and Fall. The Winter Rapid Fire program accommodates high school practice and games. It is a great way to maintain and supplement skill sets.
Rapid Fire is a two-part program, Part I spans over November and December, and Part II spans over January and February. Each Part consists of 5 Sunday afternoon sessions. Players are split into groups based on grade and skill level. We do not offer any make-up sessions with this program.
